Shipping Policy

Delivery

Orders must be paid for in full prior to delivery. Orders are processed from our Sydney head office usually within 48 hours of being received (Monday to Friday) except during sale and promotional periods, on public holidays or during festive periods. Delivery is generally within 2-5 business days from dispatch for Australian orders (except Western Australia and some regional areas which can take up to 7 days) excluding the periods mentioned above. International deliveries are generally within 5-10 working days. Dispatch and delivery dates are provided as a guide only. We take no responsibility for any failure to deliver products within the expected delivery time.

 

We currently offer a flat shipping rate domestically (excluding remote areas), international locations will vary and are automatically calculated based on weight. Orders over $80 total qualify for FREE domestic shipping. Order values below $80 will incur a delivery charge of $8.95 per order. For remote areas, the shipping charges will vary based on weight and location. Kindly contact info@puresoul.com.au for more information. Pure Soul may not be able to provide delivery to all areas, and if so, a full refund of your order will be provided. Pure Soul reserves the right to end or change this free shipping offer at any time.

 

Damaged in transit

All care is taken when packing your order to ensure your items are safe when leaving our warehouse. Once your package has left our warehouse, Pure Soul Products is not responsible for damages incurred. If you have a problem with your parcels arrival after dispatch, you must contact Sendle with your Tracking information. Please contact Sendle for more information.

Return & Exchange Policy

Please choose carefully. We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind, make a wrong selection or have an unwanted gift. We are unable to resell your returned products in order to ensure product integrity. If a product does not match the description on the website, you may return the item unused for an exchange of the correct product. Products received, even in the event of incorrect supply, shall only be returned for re-supply if the products are unopened & in their original condition. The customer needs to contact Pure Soul via email at info@puresoul.com.au within 24 hours of receiving the incorrect product in order to be eligible for a replacement of the correct product. After confirming claims when receiving the returned products at our warehouse, we shall then promptly re-supply the item(s) or (b) credit the relevant invoice appropriately if the correct item is not in stock. Importantly it is always the customer’s responsibility to review the products received prior to their opening.

Limited Edition items and special promotion items are considered final sale.

Pure Soul Products is not responsible for return of shipments or reimbursement of lost packages or damaged products. Pure Soul Products reserves the right to deny a refund to products that have been previously used.

For refunds the amount will be credited via the original method of payment. 
 

Modifications/Cancellations

In the event that you wish to modify or cancel your order you will need to do so at least 24 hours prior to your order dispatching Pure Soul Products. If a modification or cancellation is required please contact us as soon as possible on (04) 1644 2424 or via email on info@puresoul.com.au. Orders once dispatched cannot be modified or cancelled under any circumstances.
