Geranium essential oil is extracted from leaves and stalks of the Geranium plant. It is strong smelling oil with a floral aroma and a hint of mint.This fresh essential oil has a unique place in aromatherapy, as it helps to balance the mind and emotions. Geranium oil blended in cream or lotion, balances the production of sebum in the skin, while keeping it supple and helping in healing of wounds. It is especially beneficial for ageing, sagging skin. Geranium oil can also be used by diluting in shampoo for head lice.
